1.  Go to the menu bar on the left upper part of the monitor screen. Mouse over sellers. Then click Register.

(You will be directed to Pay-Per_Listing package page).

2.  Choose the package that best suits your needs from the listing options and submit it.

(Make sure all fields are filled in with the information required. Insert any Discount code or Promo code if applicable ).

3.  After the Information is submitted, you will be directed to a summary of your listing order.Once you have completed your payment, you will be able to login and begin activating your listing(s) immediately.

{We use Paypal® for fast and secure payment processing.If you don't have a Pay Pal account, you can use your debit/credit card on checkout).

4.  After payment is completed you will be directed to the Thank you for your payment, Click on login to activate your listing.

5. Login by using the user name and password you choose from step 2.

6. You will be directed to the Admin page for your account, You will see three icons: Edit My Account = (personal info about your phone numbers and etc). Add Listings= (if you want to add another home or property). And Edit My Listing = (This is where you activate the listing you just paid for.

To Edit Your Listing Following These Steps

• After clicking on the EDIT LISTING ICON you will see Photo Not Available, and your information, In the BLUE STRIP ,to the right you will see a GREEN PENCIL, click on the pencil to fill in the information for this listing.

• Fill in the information by filling in the fields, ( * marks fields that is required to be filled in).(In the Active Field Make Sure You Change This To Active). After all information is filled in click on Update at the bottom of the page, 

To Add Photos To Your Listing Following These Steps

• After information is updated, go to the top left of the screen and click on Edit Images, this page allows you to upload your photos,. Click on Browse and find the photo's name you want to upload and click on open, this will auto insert the files location in the upload field, Repeat to add more photos or just the ones you want, You can later add more photos per the package you chose at registration.
• Then MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON THE UPLOAD PICTURE ICON. When upload is completed you will see at the top of the page ( "name of photo file"  had been successfully uploaded).

• Your photos need to be Optimized to a width of 800 Pixels Height set to keep aspect ratio or the size of the file not over 400KB for faster uploading time or to prevent server from timing out! .
